OUR DEDICATION
As an educational, non-profit organization, the B.C. Stitchers are dedicated to maintaining a high standard of design and technique in needlework, instructing our members in methods and techniques of creative needlework, and stimulating interest in various aspects of needlework in our community.
Membership in the Embroiderers' Guild of America, Inc., a non-profit organization, is open to all stitchers without regard to sex, color, religion or national origin. The organization was formed to foster high standards of excellence in the practice of the art of embroidery and to develop an active program of education and study to meet the needs of its members. Dues paid to the chapter include membership in the national EGA, Regional, and the B.C. Stitchers Chapter. B.C. Stitcher members receive subscriptions to NeedleArts magazine and the B.C. Stitchers quarterly newsletter..
